I really enjoyed Noragami. A single cour show, that really left me feeling like I needed more, but rumor has it that they are planning a second season. Personal synopsis, a highschool girl jumps out into the street to save a guy chasing a cat. The guy turns out to be a low tier god who doesn't even have a shrine and just goes around doing odd jobs for donations. After her near death experience she finds herself able to leave her body as a phantom, leaving her body wherever it is just sleeping. She requests a favor of the god to solve her phantom problem, but first she has to help him. Hijinks and action ensue as she discovers what the world of gods and phantoms are like. The entire season is currently available on Netflix. |

I can see how that would hit a chord. I didn't finish that show yet, the only one from that season I haven't yet. It does get too hard to keep up with stuff after school, just too much stuff to do and not enough time. |

Genshiken Second Season has been one of the more surprising shows I've seen in years. Going back and seeing these characters that I had fallen in love with so many years ago, but they've grown up with me. These otaku who I had related myself with when I was at that same age without true responsibility and all the time in the world to watch anime. But now, we've both grown up, have real lives, no longer able to to go to all three days of a convention, waiting in all the lines and being up to date on everything that goes on. They, like me have grown up, and don't have the time to dedicate to our fandom. The passion is still there, but not to the same intensity as it once was, and we can't really go back to those times, we've graduated and time has moved on and it is now a new generation that carries the intensity we once did.So yeah, Genshiken Second Season really hit a chord with me. |

From last year I was most recently watching Genshiken Second Season. Even older than that I've been watching Bodacious Space Pirates. The only show from last season(ish) that I watched was Kill la Kill. I had tried to watch the second season of Seitokai Yakuindomo, but gave up after a few eps. I still want to check out Space Dandy though. |
