Well I always liked music and had a classical guitar back in elementary but what really motivated me was seeing other people play guitar, I kinda get competitive when I see someone do something I can't so I resorted to master the guitar. Also my old English teacher used to play guitar in class so that was another motivation. |

sweet, awesome song!What or who made you pick up the guitar? For me it actually was an anime (Beck) that really motivated me to pick up the guitar and start playing. |

Well if you mean skrillex type of dubstep for electronic music then I agree completely with you, right now actually I'm listening to suite madame blue by styx I should learn the main riff actually, its not that hard. |

well I like different sorts of music actually. I mainly listen to punk rock and pop-punk but I also like hard rock like AC/DC and I like some grungebands.The only thing I absolutely can't stand is electronic "music" I guess but like I said, no hate :P |

I'm talking about early 90's skatepunk blink, they became sell-outs later on yeah, They definitely aren't a boyband though, they even made fun of boybands in one of their videos. xD But hey everyone has a musictaste of their own so no hate :D |

Like you I haven't really mastered any songs, I've been more focused on riffs and chord progressions. However attempting to play along with the song definitely improves your skills.As for me I prefer more classic rock like led zep and lynyrd skynyrd. Blink 182 look like a boyband tbh. |

well, I've tried several kinds of songs. From black sabbath's paranoid to blink-182's dammit. And I haven't actually totally mastered any of them, but hey I really like playing the guitar so I don't really care. xDwhat about you? |

yeah, i've only been playing for a year too! I haven't really gotten that far though.And some friends of mine play squier strats, they all like them very much. I might buy one myself actually. |
