Hey guys, I'd suggest to add Wangan Midnight, which goes quite deep into the technical aspects of automobiles and racing. I can assure you it does. To a lesser extent, there's also most (if not all) of Initial D. They actually happen in real (or inspired by real) places, feature real cars, various realistic vehicle behaviours, realistic human relations and more. Cheers! |

Yeah true, I was thinking of Tatami Galaxy and some Ghibli though they're too surreal. Oh yeah Jormungand, every time that annoying FOB:this ain't the scene plays in my head when I hear that anime. Might rewatch it dubbed. |

I really can't say, I judge every show on it's own and decide if I can add them or not. There's not only S-O-L on the list though. Jormungand, Monder, Rainbow or Mouryou no Hako are definitely not s-o-l, and there's also a lot of sports shows.Which series did you have in mind? |

Slice-of-Life anime usually is more realistic than other anime imho.However, although I didn't see "Tari Tari", so I might be wrong, cute girls being cute is not quite realistic to me. |
