Another lame example on how to irritate us. It's really annoyed. I added the title to the club anime relations.Keep informing us about censored series, because by doing that I avoid watching them, unless I find the uncensored version. |

I just watched first episode of "Oniichan_no_Koto_Nanka_Zenzen_Suki_Janain_Dakara_ne" - it's censured *here was a lot of swear words but i decided to do without them*.Basically whe whole thing covered with shity censure blocks with chicklings. They even covered pantsushots (i hate pantsushots but still... it's just plain stupid). |

well... in's not really a censure... publishers and authors can still make their crap, but this thing is... it's now can't be sold to ppl under 18... so... no more ecchi stuff and no more school girls in manga/anime. |

Yeah, nobody even commented about the new approved Japanese bill which will "regulate" (where I came from it's called censure) manga and anime contents.But we have almost 30 members now. Welcome friends!! |

Yep, recent animes are suffering more and more edits and censoring. I don't know what's going on with the industry...I don't think it's a question of liberty of expression and cultural taboos anymore. It's a new trend, when the studios purposely submit censored versions directly to the TV stations and then hope they can make a few extra bucks by selling the uncensored DVB/BD. It's awful. |

Watching B Gata H Key... it's just awful! They censored about 30% of anime and not just censored but censored with ads!!!!What the hell! And there's still no uncensored version, it due to release somewhere in 2011. |

Thanks, Gucha!I added "Akane-iro ni Somaru Saka" to our club Anime Relations. That way people will know that those animes/mangas have censured versions and will be more careful, and will try to find and watch the original version. |

You traitors, get out! (kidding)I just get super irritated when I watch/read a "manipulated" series. And some times the edits are so well done, that you don't even know it's edited. I HATE IT! Some are censored directly by Japanese TV stations, and the DVD "shows it all". Is it a marketing strategy to make you buy the DVD? And yeah, usually the fansubbers work on the censored version - bah... I just don't want to lose my time comparing versions, and I sure don't want to see/read the censored version. |

'Hate' might be a little strong, I think it's silly and don't enjoy it and get really curious what is behind the censor.Is it odd to enjoy the dichotomy of censored TV and uncensored DVD? Like I enjoyed seeing KnJ and Strike Witches in both forms... it provides a contrast so we can choose what we want to show other people. |
