Although the very first series did not sorely focus on the card game, the three series proceeding it did. (With the exception of Capsule Monsters, although Duel Monsters were used.) So far, there had been three Yu-Gi-Oh! series that had focused solely on the card game in the last ten years. To commemorate this event and the success it brought, there has been a movie created called "Yu-Gi-Oh! 10th Anniversary the Movie: Ultra Fusion!
