One day, while I was delivering the order at my workplace, I saw a dog in front of the house I went to, and because it was small, I didn't care much and started walking towards the door. the dog got up and ran after me and hilariously i escaped the not even 15 cm dog and i ran to the back of the building i clicked on one of the rear windows and got help from someone. Someone came, took the dog and left, and then as I was looking through the door to the apartment number, I suddenly heard a faint sound next to me and the dog suddenly jumped on me, I was hurt because I was caught off guard, and after that, everyone who heard that I was bitten by the 15 cm tall Dog gave me a strange look. I'm sure that's exactly what they mean (you must be so stupid if a really palm-sized dog is going to hurt you that much)

Now after leaving the boarding house to become a day student mind you I don't wet my bed anymore if you're curious. I transferred to another school were I met and interacted with girl for the first time(but I was shy, I mean who wouldn't) so I did what most guys do frown face and be cool(although the my facial expression is mostly similar to an ugly kuudere who laughs when its really funny) and mostly slept on my desk during lunch breaks. But I met this girl(or she met me) who always disturbed me until I started moving out of my classroom and became proactive then I started playing basketball cause I loved the sport and it would make me a big shot if I was good but unlucky for I'm terrible (my first time) but the girls loved the guys who were more proactive in 3 points shooting and dribbling so I did that and got better(and was one of the top 7) until the ball passed under my foot and I tripped and my neck kissed the ground with a crack that wasn't embarrassing what was, was when my butt was sticking out and my trousers splitted in the middle just to show everyone I still wore Ben 10 for undies because my mom calls me Ben. Gosh so disgracing.

Cyclic dinucleotides (CDNs) are second messengers that
activate stimulator of interferon genes (STING). The cGAS-STING
pathway plays a promising role in cancer immunotherapy. Here, we
describe the synthesis of CDNs containing 7-substituted 7-deazapurine
moiety. We used mouse cyclic GMP−AMP synthase and bacterial
dinucleotide synthases for the enzymatic synthesis of CDNs.
Alternatively, 7-(het)aryl 7-deazapurine CDNs were prepared by
Suzuki−Miyaura cross-couplings. New CDNs were tested in biochemical and cell-based assays for their affinity to human STING. Eight
CDNs showed better activity than 2′3′-cGAMP, the natural ligand of
STING. The effect on cytokine and chemokine induction was also
evaluated. The best activities were observed for CDNs bearing large
aromatic substituents that point above the CDN molecule. We solved four X-ray structures of complexes of new CDNs with human
STING. We observed π−π stacking interactions between the aromatic substituents and Tyr240 that are involved in the stabilization
of CDN-STING complexes

Sorry to bother you guys again with my boring comment, but I just felt like should drop this one. So in my house one night no light(power) I was walking towards the kitchen after I woke to get a drink, I didn't need flash lights or anything cause I was felt like Batman. So as I went and unlucky for me I stepped on rat gum board(used for catching rats) and there were two mice on them and I was screaming and babbling gibberish incantations until my dad rushed out( all combat prepared) with my mom and asked what happened then they saw my leg and said good for you, didn't we announce we'll be setting them up at every corner. In my life till this day every night I wake up I hold both my phone's flash light and still on the light if there's power, I mean who night vision help for reality

Thirdly at the end of the semester we had this get together class party. So they did all the fun they could think up(and dragged me as well). Until we got into T&D I'm sure they did this so they could have a dream shot and get to do something ecchi(just kisses, lap dances some harsh dares like sip soda and pour it into the guy/gals mouth{nasty right} nothing more major so don't let your mind wander to far) with their crush they only dream about. So we did all the dares and answered truthfully (I guess, cause I don't know if they were lying) because no one wants to pay a hefty fine. So it got to my turn and they dared me to kiss a girl and gosh she loaded both ways( guys I think you know what I mean)forgive me ladies) but I was shy and it was my first time and my legs all wobbly and shaky like a jelly, so I stood and managed to walk to her and I summoned courage from above and below, internally and externally (from the guys cheering my name) and I did it not bad right until after my third step from her I fainted due to pressure, and sure enough it's school so my news spread and was ranked №1 for half of next term and I just used my bag to shield my face anytime I pass, and always came very early(earlier than the cleaners) so i wouldn't be quarried

I'm sure it was only me that experienced this embarrassing story. I was young back then in junior Highschool I was a boarder, but I didn't have my own bed space(due to coming late, I mean first come first serve I'm I right) but I made friends quickly knowing how high my luck is in that aspect. Any hoo after some dudes shared their space with me I was grateful but I declined because I used to wet my bed. Now time skip in my senior high I was late again so no bed for me, I had a best friend then who said by force I shall share his bed with him I didn't argue, besides his a cute and cuddly panda. So we slept that night and my little fella down there just did his business (pissssss, that's when I knew I messed up) and I woke up that same late night(thank God) before he did (all the more reason to thank God) and I was like Jesus what trouble have I put myself into then my guy woke up and I was like(Blood of God) and he said guy why is this bed soaking wet and I was like one of the homeless guy from the other room(God forgive me, Philip forgive me) did this and he just bolted before I could shout and he said sh*t I told him to calm down. And till this day I don't know if he knows I'm lying or not(I'm sure he believes his guy) and I couldn't even look him in the face properly. So embarrassing

Secondly my first time going to secondary school (boarding), I'm sure most of us cried even if we were proud men. Then I started to sober up and say this is my life now, anyways my first night I wanted to do what I was taught at home, so I went to take a night bath. Me going into the bathroom (which is also were the toilets are) no lights well I didn't mind cause I brought a torch, so I went in the toilet all smelly and filled with poop to the max, I felt tingly and not comfy but that wasn't what baffled me it was when I stepped on one of the poop on the ground overpowering my slippers and touching my feet, I was disgusted and outraged so I quickly touched the handle of the shower only to find out it was covered in slimy spirogyra and the shower cap looking all mucus with fungus. I was irritated and I left and someone said as I came out, oh it's like you're a new comer welcome to school. God no go shame us

First I think my life is pretty interesting, once I was in an all boys school for 4 years so we lived life interestingly but wild so we do anything we want and make sure we don't get caught. So we usually bath outside due to some messy and smelly turds left by an unknown, so as I was bathing outside near a companies carpark ( cause they rented a part of our school for parking ) one early morning, I didn't notice a few cars coming because me I was doing my business rubbing and scrubbing like a monkey and my face covered with soap foam. Until I rinsed my face and saw that not only were they passing to park but were flashing their head lamps( not that I blame them ) and funny enough some were young business women and all I had to do was squat and greet good morning. My life
