Yes, there is a trend growing to only eating one time a day.
I'm not sure how good that is for your Gastric Acid long-term though.
If your starting to get acid reflux or heartburns. It I would suggest breaking that pattern.

Last month a friend of mine introduced me to something called Intermittent fasting, if you're looking to lose weight, this could help A LOT.

Basically you divide the hours in a day into 3 parts, take 1 part for eating and fast the remaining 2 parts, exactly what time you take is up to you but the recommended eating time is 12pm-8pm.

Well my shoulders are sore, and my biceps are sore, but my triceps aren't.
