Information

 What is Seinen?
Seinen is a kind of manga and anime that's marketed for a male audience aged between 17 on into their 40's.

Seinen have a wide variety of art styles and variation in subject matter, ranging from the avantgarde through sports, games, business or action/adventure on to the erotic. 

In regards to the plot Seinen tends to be more complex and deals with more controversial and philosophical topics.

It should be noted that many of the works of anime most acclaimed for their depth and maturity (such as Patlabor, Maison Ikkoku and Ghost in the Shell) hail from the Seinen genre.

Some examples, besides of the mentioned above are: Akira, Ergo Proxy, Cowboy Bebop, Akame ga Kill! et cetera.

FYI, the anime that I like most that happen to be related to the interests of this club would be Welcome to the NHK, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Ergo Proxy, and Monster. Seinen manga I enjoy are Humonculus, Uzumaki, Onani Master Kurasawa, Ode to Kirihito, and Parasyte. Yeah, that's some pretty good variety for ya! Hopefully these anime/manga picks will be helpful to you in the future. I would most highly recommend adding them to the top of your "WATCH IT RIGHT NAAAOW LIST!".

I'm really looking forward to your recommendations! Don't disappoint me! ;)
