How do I participate in it?<!--size--></span> OST hopes to find the most moe among anime girls, and it's up to you to decide by casting your vote! Voting is free of charge; you are not required to register an account. You are, however, required to register if you want to nominate in the Discussion Forms on our website, sorry! Join the forums to discuss OST with fellow fans. <span style="font-size: 150%;">How do preliminaries work?<!--size--></span> Our 100 Candidates will be split into groups of 8. There will be 13 total groups. (some groups with 1 extra person) Phase I is a round-robin tournament for each group. Points will be awarded for wins, and the Candidate with the most points in each group at the end of the rounds will advance to the Regular Season. The remaining 87 Candidates will be reshuffled into groups of 8 for Phase II. Again, 11 winners at the end of Phase II will advance to the Regular Season. Phase III is a final set of group-based matches. Candidates with the lowest vote totals will be eliminated until the final 6 winners are decided. <span style="font-size: 150%;">Are nominations important?<!--size--></span> Yes! Extremely! If you want to see new faces in ISML, please send in your nominations and let all your friends and contacts know. We'll have 100 Candidates in the Preliminaries, so you'll have to vote every day to make sure your most moe girls reach the Regular Season. <span style="font-size: 150%;">How should I format my nominations?<!--size--></span> Name order does not matter. "Katsura Hinagiku" is the same as "Hinagiku Katsura." Please give the full name of the character, so we know exactly who you're nominating. Just go on over to the Discussion Forums on the website or to our group here on MAL to nominate your faves!! Or vote for popular nominations in the "Nominations 2010" tab on the website.
