Kamiya-san is a male Japanese seiyuu, best known for voicing
Nozomu Itoshiki from Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei,
Tieria Erde from Gundam 00, and
Natsume Takashi from Natsume Yuujinchou. He had a lot of other roles in more than 30 anime series and games, and won several awards for his damn beautiful voice.

Random stuff: His blood type is A and he likes Karate
During the original airing of Honey and Clover II, he had a car accident and was hospitalized for a while. From what I heard, he was in coma for a few days and was injured pretty bad, but thanks god he's fine now. His character ( Takemoto Yuuta ) had to be voiced by Nojima Kenji in the last episode of the series.
He won these awards from Seiyuu Awards:

- 6th to 10th Most Voted Awards (Hall of Fame)
- 3rd and 9th Personality (Radio Host) Award
