Seri Awashima acts as Munakata's right arm and is the current second in command of Scepter 4, coldly carrying out her missions. Seri appears to be somewhat passive, and is seemingly indifferent about the civil rights of others. She prefers to use non-lethal alternatives rather than killing as a first option.

As a member of the Blue Clan, Scepter 4, Seri possesses the Blue Aura. It typically takes the form of a thin, bluish wisp capable of scorching through the ground, even through wet grass. Typically, it leaves behind a trail of smoke in its path. As a expert swordsmanship, Seri is quite proficient in wielding a saber.

Seri is an attractive tall woman notable for her curvaceous figure and enormous breasts. Seri's highschool friends said that she is nicknamed "Awashima the Hundred" because her bust measurement is 100cm. Seri refute this, claiming her bust measurement is actually only 95cm. She is a regular at Izumo's bar, and she likes her martinis with red bean paste.
