Cecilia Alcott (セシリア・オルコット)Cecilia is a first year student at the IS academy and is the IS cadet representative from England, as part of the British Aristrocracy. Her father was a weak and timid man who had little influence both outside and inside the Alcott family which made her swear to never marry a weak man (A difficulty due to the shift in social status).
