TomiokaTomioka is a police officer part of the GRAVE Division. She works with Akira and often has to talk him out of a slump whenever he gets scolded for being clumsy and making mistakes on the job. When they finally get a day off, she drags him to the newly-opened water park Tokyo New Haven; there, Tomioka is the one who pieces together most of the plan to bomb the park and also defuses some of the bombs.
