Kyousai Fuujin (風神 狂斎)Leader of the "Fuujin Clan," an evil ninja group.He wears a kimono with a kimono over his head. Feeling that the organization he had created by teaching them murderous techniques had grown too large and become too evil for him to control, he creates an invisible man and a moaning monster child in order to destroy it. To find out if he is as good as he thinks he is, he fights him with "Shunpu no Jutsu" and dies. He uses the family code, "If you defeat the one who killed the leader, you become the new leader," to force Kaiji into a situation where he is forced to continue fighting against the "Fuujin Clan.
