Toshizou Hijikata (土方 歳三)The second-in-command of the Shinsengumi and is a hot-blooded man.He has a hostile attitude toward foreigners and has challenged them to a number of fights, but has been defeated by their rational warfare methods. However, he is a skilled swordsman and does not hold back in his training. He is admired for his bravery. He is somewhat twisted and often clashes with the straightforward Souji Okita.
