TzarTzar is a two headed snake known as a Kagachi and was the former familiar of former Holy Emperor Sagan. Before the latter died, he had voided the familiar contract as to not let Tzar die since his race normally lives longer than humans. After some time, he found Lala in Radeata, a town in between Beilannea, the city where the Universities are located, and Regalia, the capital of the Nation. He had found her and picked her up and taught her many things from magic and magicraft to agriculture.He normally wraps himself around Lala's torso and have frequent insults with Bruce.
