Mr. Outside (ミスター・アウトサイド)

An unseen and mysterious character who chooses twelve Japanese citizens as Seleção and gives them the special Noblesse ("nobility" in French) phones. Mr. OUTSIDE gives the Seleção the mission to bring stability to their own country in whatever way they wish to. However, he/she will send "Supporters" to kill them if they use up their money before they can complete it, or do not meet the requirements to accomplish the mission.
