Haruo Kasuga (春日晴男)

A member of the Edan of the East group, Haruo is not a very important character in the series, but plays a semi-important role in Higashi no Eden: Gekijouban I The King of Eden and Higashi No Eden: Gekijouban II Paradise Lost.
