Koutoku Ren (練 紅徳)Koutoku Ren was the Kou Empire's Second Emperor and second husband of the late Empress, Gyokuen Ren.Not much is known about his personality, but Koutoku seeks strength for his army and yearns for more power. Despite this he is easy to manipulate where Gyokuen Ren took advantage of their nuptial status where, after Koutoku's death, Gyokuen became empress of the Kou Empire.
