Arthur Christian (アーサー・クリスチャン)Arthur Christian was William's senior at Stratford school. It's later revealed that he's one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, the Black Rider.Wiliam said that Arthur has a terrible personality. He has a no-nonsense, strict attitude and he is very efficient and capable, but has little tolerance for "slow minds" and people that are of no use to him.
