He lives the life of a Yakuza in the Kansai area of Japan and speaks in Kansai dialect. He has a Napoleon complex and gets angry when someone mentions his diminutive height. He sends Yuriya off to Shiihaba to spy on the Marker family to find out more information on a "certain type of vampire".
