Cheelai is a Frieza Force soldier who joined following the Tournament of Power.
She is a near human-like alien with short white hair and thin white eyebrows, purple eyes, green skin and a slender yet curvy build. She is considered very attractive, as seen by other soldiers who constantly make moves on her, or like Beerus, who is instantly interested in her upon their first meeting. She wears a purple bodysuit with a white battle armor designed for female soldiers as it fits around her breasts, white gloves that cover purple wristbands on her wrists, and white and green shoes with long purple socks. She also wears a blue scouter.
Cheelai is a delinquent who acts on emotions, helping out people without thinking of the potential consequences. As shown in her initial dialogue with Lemo, she is sassy and opinionated. She and Lemo form a friendship with Broly, taking a shine to him despite his lack of social skills.
