Ling Xia (夏 玲)After graduating from college as an architect, Xia Ling is trying to make her way in the world by attending job fairs and working hard on her resume and interview regime.However, a chance encounter with a strange self-proclaimed fortune teller yanks her from her mundane life and thrusts her into the secret world of Requiem Streets and spirits. At first she is reluctant to be a part of this new reality but she is forced into taking refuge at Rakshasa Street when the elusive Kingdom Organisation start to hunt her for reasons she cannot understand. At first protected and eventually trained by Cao Yanbing and his brother Cao Xuanliang, she slowly learns about the new environment she's been thrown into and also learns more about herself in the process.
