So, Bleach is one of the big 3, eh? Personally, I could see what the big deal was about at first. The show started off tremendous and just got better as the story progressed. I was excited to see the next episode and the next one....then the first story arc ended and the filler began. No don't get me wrong, the Bountu arc isn't bad. Ok, it started out kinda lame and those three puppets are kinda irritating, but the Bountu arc was entertaining, but I wanted more of the main story. Well, I got my wish, but the next story arc started off weakly again. And when it finally started picking up again, it was interrupted yet again with another filler arc. This time, the filler arc was not so interesting. The New Captain arc, as I have heard it called is a weak entry, even for filler. But luckily it was only a bit over twenty episodes, but boy, did it test my patience. Now it got back to the main story again. This part of the main story started out with too much comedy, in my opinion. But when it got serious it started to really kick it in high gear again. And just as it was regaining its previous awesomeness and intensity it had in the beginning of the show, it was interrupted yet again with filler. Again, don't get me wrong. The Zanpaktou alternate story arc is plenty interesting, but it disturbs the flow of the main story and takes away from the power of the show overall. Now I know some of you are saying, "Well, just skip the filler, then". I'd kinda like to, but I cannot skip episodes of a show and then say I am caught up or have completed a series when I skipped episodes. Its just dishonest. All that said, I'm going to stick this series out to the end, whenever that may be. At the time of this writing, that is still an uncertainty, but by the time I am "caught up", I'm sure I will know one way or the other. I shall make a future entry on this particular show when I see the end in sight....until then, I will say the show is good, but not the be all end all some claim it to be. It had potential, but weak entries stole some of its thunder. Hopefully this will be redeemed by the time the show finally ends its long run....hopefully.....

Its an odd thing for me, but I seem to be on a hentai kick since earlier this evening. Was looking through random anime titles and I realized that a lot of the hentai titles I watched in my youth I had never added to my watched list. Not that I am embaressed of said titles, just that I didn't remember them until just this evening. I started going through all the hentai titles in the database so I could update my list properly and suddenly I just had this urge to watch some that I had never seen before. So, being the on purpose obscurity hunter that I am, I picked titles with no description, knowing that they would hav few viewers and would probably be cheesy films. Well, I wasn't disappointed on either front. Some of the films were ho-hum and some were mildly entertaining. But, for some reason, I want to see more. Not for the sexual gratafication, pe se, but more for just a cheesy thrill. Sorta like watching a super low-budget horror or action film. Well, we'll see how long this kick lats and maybe I'll even toss in a few reviews later when I'm more alert and awake. But for now, this is X, signing out.....
