Anime Relations: Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu
And so it ends, the tale which never shied from progress ended thoughtfully and without complaint. Isn't it wonderful to watch a show which you have nothing to complain about?

Anime Relations: Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu
Definitely one of the most fulfilling anime I've seen in a long, long time. An example of how length and a giant cast can be used to great effectiveness and be engaging despite the spread of attention.

Maybe because it was never aired on TV that it was spared the pressure to bullshit for sponsors' and other undesirable forces' sakes.

So after a five year hold up I've finally finished Rahxephon in it's entirety. It started and went on great till the prelude to it's conclusion, which I'm sure many would agree was given too much time 'thinking' rather than 'doing'. Rahxephon put itself above Evangelion by being a more human and accessible show; it didn't have to return into its shadow.

Anime Relations: Tenshi no Tamago
Nice to see, nice to hear. Unbearably boring, way too long.

Anime Relations: Kujira no Chouyaku
Close to perfection in visual storytelling though I felt it could have been better. Now for URSA.

Yes. Fuck.

Now on to stuff:

Diary of Tortov Riddle and Extras: Instant perfect score. A true animator's animation which knocked down everything not needed and relying on sheer creative power and the 1000 words pictures provide.

Genius Party 1,2,4,6,7: First time I have ever heard a character mutter the sacred tan ma de in animation. Awesome awesome awesome. All of them were great.
