After a year of the destruction of Cedric's village, he has been hunting down the monster that cause this horrible event. With no name to trace it, he could only find information base on the description of what he saw. A beam of white/blue light.

Together with the ritual on how the powers are obtain in his village, a legend was known and shared. It was said that 2 gods, name Celonic and Enegon, existed and fought to be the one to grant the magic abilities to the humans. The reason behind the fight was unknown, but it has been rumor since the destruction of their village that the strongest god destroyed their home on a wimp.

With the memory of that monster as his only lead, he went on the search of the name and location where this creature could be.

In the Institute, he met Elias who amazingly had written the description that was very similar to this creature he was looking for. Thankfully, the man wrote the source and name of who wrote about this. Cedric did a search and was able to find the current location of the author.

One day, the gods decided it was time to stop recruting and actually send them to start the fight. They let out such big energy that a being got created by the clash of their powers. This creature had it's own thoughts and was not under any of the god's control. It was born from their hatred and desire to destroy the other, called Hatire.
She didn't knew why Hatire attacked the villages, she even tried to go talk to her god Enegon but there was no answer from it. Hannah was old, so she couldn't guide them herself. Still, she hope Cedric could have a better chance since he had powers and she was a human.

He wanted to share the knowledge that no book has recorded about their history, in hope that those who survive could also read it and be able to move on.

If either of the gods tried to confront it, it will only cause for the gods to fuse with Hatire and making it impossible to destroy. That's why the gods have decided to hide and stay as far away as possible from it.
Celonic didn't know how to destroy it, but he hoped someone would face it on their behalf and put an end to this chapter. It wonder if Cedric's ally, Elias who was not linked to the gods in any way, could be the key to destroy Hatire.

The gods appeared, thank them and offer to give them anything they desire for doing this.
The gods offered Cedric to be their leader, but he will refuse explaining that he had to fulfill the agreement made with Elias to claim the throne on his kingdom. Cedric did ask for the gods to not fight again, which they agreed and bow for eternity to not fight anymore. The Region united as one, not getting the gods involved, and the once abandon cities were populated and proper once more.

Anime Relations: Boku no Pico
The village, called Delliny, is in the middle of the deserts.

They have a natural source of water, which is underground. They can also obtain water if a magic user that can create water or ice out of thin air is born.

They have a local fruit that grows in a tree called Melnut (mix of coconut and melon) which drips a lot of juice when open. They drink the juice, eat the pulp, make paint and use the outside shell for tools/bowls/utensils/etc. They also use it for exchange on the market.

They have a lot of different species, common animals that survive on the desert, but the one most useful and domesticated are some mammals called Lewo (mix of cow and camel). They eat their meat, drink their milk and are also used for travel. Sometimes they also use them for exchange on the market.

Their most economical resource is the mines, they get minerals/crystals, metals/gems. They exchange for provisions, miscellaneous and anything that could help their village grown stronger and help them get better.

They travel to make this exchange to every city close by to them. Sometimes they meet half way, just to not touch each other's territory.

Their homes are made from the wood of the Melnut trees and mud mix with minerals to make it strong against sand storms. They decorate their homes with the leafs of the Melnut tree and paint them with the paint from the Melnut fruit.

Their clothes are like normal desert attires. They make them from the fur of the Lewo and decorate them by painting them with the Melnut fruit and what they find on the mines.

The social structure of the village consist on the chief as the top and most powerful position. Then their is the council, which is a leader from each area. Finally is the workers, childs and elders. But, the village is treated as a big family, so no sense of power or economic unbalance doesn't happen. They don't have soldiers, since they don't have an army.

The worker class work on different areas:
1. the roamers who are in charge of traveling to the different village and do the exchange. They always take 2 o more with abilities for protection against monsters and thief.
2. the miners who look for the goodies, which a leader is selected for the council to speak for those workers;
the livestockers who take care if the Lewo, which a leader is selected for the council to speak for those worker;
3. the waterers who make sure there is enough water and can be reached, which a leader is selected for the council to speak for those worker;
4. the teachers who teach the children about their culture/survival/labor and the children born with powers get a class to control and put their powers for the good of the village, which a leader is selected for the council to speak for those worker;
5. the child-care-takers who take care of the childs before they can start learning, which a leader is selected for the council to speak for those worker.
The workers rotate, so they don't work more than 6:40 hours per day.

They have only 1 day off on the week, Wednesday, where no one works what so ever.

Their have a few celebrations during the year:
1. Birthdays are celebrated per month, so once a month on one of their day off they have a big party for all of the ones that were born on that month.
2. They celebrate some kind of Christmas, called Festivity, on the month of December which is one of the months were they hold two celebrations on 2 of their days off on the month.
3. They celebrate the start of a new year on the month of January, another of the months were they hold two celebrations on 2 of their days off on the month.
4. They celebrate the reach of adulthood, called Tooult, where the children get their tattoo done and join the worker class. Is celebrated on the month of June, another of the months were they hold two celebrations on 2 of their days off on the month.
5. The selection of a new chief, which doesn't happen on every year but is celebrated on July another of the months were were they hold two celebrations on 2 of their days off on the month.

Even if there isn't a sophisticated law and prosecution system, they have laws:
Can't steal - even if it's pretty general, it consist on not stealing anything from anybody since this is egoist since they are a community.
Can't lie - even if it's pretty general, it consist on not hiding or telling a lie since this could affect everyone as a community.
Can't kill - is not rewarded to kill someone or something without consent of the village.
Breaking this laws is punish by exile, if they still try to get back then they get kill. If someone helps them after the person got exile, they will be exile as well.
Outside of this laws, they have some rules that are not punish with exile but they can scold you for them:
Music - they have a strong believe that is can attack strong monsters and destroy their way of living.
Being alone - they prefer to always be with someone, no matter the gender, so there is always someone that can help.
Using abilities - they prefer to not use the abilities unless asked for or during your work.
