I've been looking at my anime list and I've seen that it might be time to revisit some old shows to see if they will maintain the scores that I had given them. For some shows I know that will be impossible because I don't have access to them anymore. It's time to see if shows stands the test of time. Of course priority will be given to shows that I have on dvd. Anything else will have to be determined at a later date if at all. Of course I cannot do this until I finish my backlog of watching. Probably by March I'll hold off on buying anymore dvds until my birthday. Well I guess I should say I won't order anymore. The preorders are already done. Unless it's the third season of Aria I won't touch any more shows for now.

So how do I rate my shows seen?

10- This is probably purely based off of impact factor. I have enjoyed the shows and characters like a 9 rated anime. The only difference is that I still love the show after several years have passed. Any flaws that would normally give a score a lower rating have been null and voided. Best example of this is Sailor Moon R. I can watch it dubbed, subbed, edited, or uncut and it still won't effect how much I like the show.

9- The show is awesome. I liked the characters, story, and was never bored with it. The only reason it won't get a 10 is because I don't know if I feel the same way about it some years in the future. ROD TV or Beck would be good anime to go into this category. ROD TV needs to be re-evaluated for 10 status while Beck I just watched so I have to wait a bit.

8- Highly enjoyable. Characters were great and the story was good. There may have been some parts i did not like but they were few in between. El Cazador de la Bruja was a show that was slow at the begining but ended up pretty good.

7- Enjoyable. The show is not the best but it keeps me entertained. I like some of the characters and the story is decent enough. This is around my average score. Majority of the shows that I won't have a problem rewatching will be 7 or higher. Kino's Journey falls into this category. It's a good anime but the philisophical side doesn't entertain me as much.

6- Okay. The show had flaws but it could have had a character to act as it's saving grace. It was entertaining enough to keep me watching it the first time but it would be a bit of struggle for me to watch it again. Strawberry Panic takes the cake for this one. The more I watched it the more I got disappointed in it. However, Chikaru was the show's saving grace. If it wasn't for her I might have emo-ed j/k.

5- Barely passable. This show was likely finished out of boredom. There is a high chance that I would not watch it again. I likely did not connect with any characters well. The story wasn't entertaining much either. Akria is a good example of this. I just didn't connect with it. I watched two versions of it and still felt the same way. The animation was fine but if I have no one to connect to or the story looses me then I'm not gonna watch it again.

4 and below- It's various degrees of dislike. I won't even describe it but if it got a 1 I felt no connection with the show whatsoever.

Blanks could mean several things so don't ask. Just because I dropped a show doesn't mean I didn't like it. I just either got bored, can't find it, or I didn't like it. :P

Well move over Kannazuki no Miko, Detroit Metal City has just became my guilty pleasure anime. That anime is so bad for language and images that it's friggin good! It wasn't hard to marathon that show in a day. I'm so gonna burn for this one but I'll be content. :P

I didn't really like the special but only because it was the same as the show. :P

Anime Relations: Beck
I see I am going to get a lot of replay out of this show. I'm gonna watch it first dubbed to get a good gist of the story. After that I'm gonna watch it subbed so I can here more of the original songs and get a kick out of that engrish I just sampled a second ago. Boy did they let some things slide. XD

What a great blind buy.

I felt like this just wasted my time. I just finished the Captain Tylor OVAs and I am sorely disappointed. Here I am thinking that there would be some kind of conclusion after sitting through all those boring OVA episodes and then it just ends. This is almost up there as The Big O season 1 before there was even a season 2 in mind. The only difference is that in Big O I gave a damn about the people. Tylor didn't catch my interest enough to make me want to watch more. I kind of had to force myself to finish this. Tylor tv ended better I think but I still wasn't wild about it. This was just evil. What the hell happened? Unfortunately, at this point I really don't care and am ready to move on to another anime now. How sad.

I gotta get ready to buy this release. I got such a backlog of stuff to get. I'll have to wait until Christmas though because I'm broke now. T_T

Either way, True Tears boxset for under $40. I know I can get it on further sale at that. Life will be good!

I'm trying to think up of all the characters that have some sort of multiple personality.

Whether it is internal or comes from sharing a body it still counts.

So Far I can think up of Kagura and Hatsuharu with their dark/light personalities from Fruits Basket, Moka and Inner Moka from Rosario + Vampire, Aya and Ceres from Ayashi no Ceres. I'm sure there are a ton more but I forget.
