The Story of an Elf & His Alien Friend 3
Home-Last Chapter
It’s been a week since the Alien left the forest but the Elf spend most of his time on the hill, laying on the grass and gazing at the scenery around him. Sometimes he looks up into the sky and wishes the stars above were his little friend the Alien’s space ship.
When he’s bored he would look far into the horizon wondering if he could meet her there, the place she told him when they parted that night.
The place with the lights and sounds.
Finally he decided that he should try his luck than stay in the forest forever waiting for the Alien to come back for him. He managed to build a decent small boat from scratch and once it finished he prepares rations for the long journey. He said goodbyes to all his animal friends and the lovable trees, all the while with a feeling that he won’t be coming back to this forest ever again.
The journey proved to be tedious and tiring but the Elf never felt down or discouraged. In fact he was determined than ever to meet his Alien friend. Sometimes the dolphins pass him by and swim next to his boat and he enjoys their companion. The humpback whale singing was soothing and makes him less restless. Even the cloud scattered in the heavens generously gives him shade from the scorching sun.
Finally on the third day of his journey, an island looms into his views. The Elf felt awed and surprised at the gleaming reflections of rainbows above the sky, which seems to reflect the light all over the beach and the ocean around it. Even the trees looks different from the forest he used to live, they look luminescence and seem to emit a nice flowery scent about them.
Suddenly he heard a sound from a distance. The Elf follows it and as he came into a clearing the sight in front of his eyes almost takes his breath away.
The group of creatures in front of him was dancing and singing freely, they seem to be in a festive mood and happy to be together. Young and old, male and female all seems to look radiant and fair. The music from the instruments they played was beautiful and the sound seems to vibrate through out the clearing and carried by the wind all over the island.
The Elf seems to realize by then that this group of creatures look so much like him. Even the ears, which the Alien found ‘disgusting’, were in perfect form and in it’s full glory. A sudden revelations dawn on him, these people are his own kind! The Elf felt a gush of emotions that made tears rushing down his cheek.
At this moment the group of merry Elves start to notice him and apparently surprised at his sudden appearance. The Elf smiled at them and introduces himself as a traveler from another land and comes in peace. The Elves being a good-natured happy people welcomes him into their midst with open arms and from then onwards the Elf have become a prominent member of their small community.
The Elf feeling happy and overwhelms thought to himself
‘Home at Last’
Needless to say the Elf settles comfortably with his new found family. The thought that he might not have a chance to meet his own people if his Alien friend didn’t persuade him to, makes him misses his dear little friend more. During the full moon he will go atop the highest hill and look up to the sky wishing his friend the Alien might actually visit him there. Even for a long period of time the Elf never gave up hope and keeps a look out for any sign on the sky.
But alas as fate would have it he never met his little friend the Alien again but he kept his fond memory of her and the forest with him dearly inside his heart until his dying days. The stories of his unique friendship with the Alien however have been passed down to his son and daughter and then to their own son and daughter for long generations, which span nearly a century. A monument of a space ship lies on top of the Light & Sound Island hill as a memory of the great friendship between

On a galaxy several millions of miles from Earth, a space ship was hovering over a planet. Inside the ship an Alien was seen munching her chocolate bar while listening to her favorite song on the stereo. It’s been a century since she left the forest and every now and then she have a feeling that she forgotten something. Oh well she thought, since she easily forgotten it, it must’ve been of no importance at all. She yawns and wipes her laser gun until it shines while humming Over the Rainbow completely oblivious of a certain infatuated Elf that love her to his dying days.
The End

The Story of an Elf & His Alien Friend 2
Goodbyes
The forest is a wonderful place on earth. The trees stood tall and magnificent, the animals lofting gaily about the ground, the birds singing their sweet choir and the hill with the glorious view of the ocean and the beautiful horizon.
The hill is where the Alien space ship is parked and nearby was a sight you will never found elsewhere. An Alien is sitting on a chair sipping her tea while watching an Elf throwing rocks at her space ship. The Elf feeling frustrated banged at the door and gets electrocuted instead. The Alien lets out a sound like a stifle laugh, which made the Elf, turns around searching for her.
Finally she turns off the invisibility mode suit (they are quite advanced you know) and stare at the half singed Elf. The Elf smile widely and sprinted towards her but stop at the sight of her brandishing her laser gun. She always zaps him but the thought of his ears getting zap over and over again (it just keep regenerating!) is too much for him to bear. Once she even plucked his hair one by one while singing Over The Rainbow. He enjoys it but the Alien noticed his somewhat fondness of Masochism and decided not to do it anymore.
These have been the norms now. Ever since the first encounter on the hill two weeks ago the Elf finally found someone to talk to. He used to talk to the birds or the fishes but they always laugh at him for no apparent reason (he assume they were conversing) and the trees are not conversationalist enough (they are not a talker so it seems). The Alien have a sharp-tongued, every word from her are icy cold and full of contempt insulting remarks. Still the Elf likes to hang around the hill just to get closed to her and enjoy her witty scorching anti social conversations.
The Elf also believes that the Alien is in fact a tsun-dere and found this very amusing and adorable. There are times when he saw her with tears in her eyes gazing towards the ocean (she told him it was the dust getting into her eyes) and once she even helped him escape the rampaging boar while picking mushrooms (she told him that it was to save the boar instead pffft). Even though she always said that she doesn’t like the sight of him, the Elf was surprised when she looks about the hill when he’s late for their tête-à-tête.
One night when he’s about to go off to sleep in his hut he heard a faint voice calling for him. It was the Alien and she look so down, this disturb him greatly. Finally the Alien told him that she would be returning to her planet since Earth turns out to be unsuitable for her people after all. The world seems to be crumbling around him but he managed to ask her when would they ever meet again? Her answer was;
‘My old friend Elf, the world is vast and every nook of it is a great adventure. When you have the courage to leave this forest just follow the evening star and come look for me. There is a place somewhere on the horizon full of lights and sounds, I think you would like it there.’
With this the Alien waves goodbyes and the Elf (still crying) smile at his dear little friend the Alien.

The Story of an Elf & His Alien Friend
The Story of an Elf & His Alien Friend (Part 1 of 3)
Once upon a time there lived an Elf living all by himself amongst the ancient trees and the wild animals deep in a forest far away.
He was the last of his kind but even so he was happy and never felt lonely all his life. He would roam the forest daily, running with the deer, swimming with the fishes, dancing with the fireflies, bathing naked in the swamp and even picking fight with the monkeys to amuse himself.
Never was there a happier Elf in the world.
One night as he was sleeping, he dreamt of a place filled with lights and sound he never heard before. The place feels familiar and he felt overwhelm and contented as if he belongs there. When he woke up it was in the middle of the night and the moon was shinning bright. He felt his cheek and was surprised to see it was damp. He has been crying in his sleep, but why?
Then it dawns upon him in the solitude of the night at this moment he was alone. For the first time in his life he felt lonely and miserable. The Elf jump off his bed, runs down the trees and sprinting like a mad gorilla to the hills hoping to end the feeling of numbness and despair he was not accustomed to.
He was standing on the edge of the hill looking down and felt cold by the wind and the sight of ragged rocks and fierce waves. He shivers and look at the heaven, the moon was in her magnificent form tonight and the Elf felt an overwhelming feeling of camaraderie with the fair maiden in the sky.
Suddenly he noticed a flicker becoming more prominent in the sky and a buzzing loud noise. The object grew larger in front of his eyes, it’s round shape and metallic color gleaming and lo and behold a great UFO has landed not far from where he was standing.
The Elf slowly approaches it with cautious step. The door to the ship opens and from it came out a creature he never saw before. The creature was an Alien from faraway planet in search of a livable planet for her kind. The Alien limbs and features are like him (except the ears) but he felt it was lovelier than even the Moon itself. It was love at first sight.
The Alien came up to him and start to examine him. The Elf laughs when she pulls his ears but let out a groan when she kicked him in the groins. Funnily he finds it very entertaining and start taunting her. The Alien with the poker face only looks at him and starts to zap her laser gun at the Elf feet, which makes him hopping around and screaming like a crazy baboon.
This is the start of an odd relationship between two different species, both feeling happy at the sight of each other misery and contempt.
