Anime Relations: Bleach

After 366 episodes Bleach finally comes to an end. Which is a shame as well as a blessing. Bleach has had its amazing moments, the moments that I seriously find myself slack-jawed at the end of the episode, for example during the Ichigo x Grimmjow fight. Then there is the "OMG Why!?!" filler episodes: the Bount arc, Karakuraizer episodes, need I say more? They were slightly amusing, but were quite frankly boring. What I'm really saddened over however is that the last arc "The Lost Substitute Shinigami arc" was pretty darn good. Why couldn't they have stuck to the main story for most of the series? Instead of going off on random filler tangents most of the time. The story really shines when its developing with each and every episode. But alas with the manga ending (Good for you Tite Kubo! Move on to something else for your own sanity!) a new season will never happen, there might be another movie, perhaps? I can't help thinking Ichigo's new powers had too little time to shine.
Overall I thoroughly enjoyed Bleach and all its tangents. It will forever stick with me through my future experiences with anime.
Now that one of the "Big Three" is gone will another rise to take its place? we shall see.
