These are sorted by anime title and best waifu (left) to least best waifu (right) per series.
Blue links refer to animes, Red for manga, Green for LNs. (except for the "Mangas Not in MAL" List, all are blue)

Notes: The Waifuless List reflects the current state of my system. Franchises that obviously have waifus (like Fairy Tail) are listed under this list simply because I haven't gotten to work on adding my waifus.

If a manga is listed under the "Mangas Not in MAL" List, it will not be found in the Master List and its respective index or the Waifuless List.
Examples: Hamefura x Arte (Twitter collab manga), Kemono Giga

Some pages are construction/not up to date because crossover/collabs makes the waifus difficult to map out (waifus from across different franchises)
Examples: Ore Koi! (Ore Monogatari x Nisekoi) is under Index N.
Another is Hamefura x Arte, its currenlty listed under Index O (if you forgot, Hamefura's full title starts with 'Otome'), although this is overridden by being not listed in MAL.
Isekai Quartet, on the other hand, is listed as its own franchise instead of being treated as a mutlifranchise collab.
Ple Ple Pleiades × Kagejitsu! is under Overlord.
A future update will get them listed with the franchises they belong to, it's too much work to prioritize ATM. (I'll basically need to redesign everything)

Ito Junji's works are aggregated together (all under my Waifuless List) except I Am a Hero Koushiki Comic Anthology: 8 Tales of the ZQN (multiple authors, basically the collab probelm mentioned above)
I'll probably also aggregate oneshots by author soon (but a lot of it will be in the "Mangas Not in MAL" List)
