Update - Publishing to Facebook Disabled

Dear Users,
As of today (August 1), Facebook has restricted the ability for applications to publish posts to a user's timeline on behalf of the user. This means that automatic posting of list updates to Facebook is no longer possible. Other Facebook interactions, such as sharing or login, should be unaffected. Unfortunately, since Facebook has not provided an alternative action, we are unable to restore this feature.

* Automatic posting to social media from list updates has also been restored.
** @import is now restricted on advanced CSS styles. Please copy and paste the code from the .css file instead.
@import has been temporarily re-enabled on advanced CSS styles when viewing your own list only. To fix your list style for all users, please copy and paste the code from the .css file instead. However, URL statements only work for *.jpg, *.gif, and *.png images.
*** Viewing images entered with the [img][/img] can now be viewed by all users.
Lastly, from the 30th of July we intend to begin the second batch of refunds to MAL Supporters.

Update - MAL Supporter Refunds

Dear Users,
By next week at the latest we intend to refund all MAL Supporters one (1) month's worth ($2.99 USD) of fees to either the credit card or PayPal account linked to their subscription. For MAL Supporters who no longer wish to remain subscribed, we also plan to restore the suspension and cancellation options for the program, potentially as early as this week. In addition, we plan to continue to provide compensation for the duration that the MAL Supporter benefits are unable to be enjoyed to their fullest.

Update - Incremental Reopening of MyAnimeList Has Begun

We have been working around the clock, and some of MyAnimeList’s core functions are now back online.
As we progress in reviewing the security of the site, we have restored the following parts and functions of MAL
that have been verified to be secure:
- Login and Logout enabled.

Anime database enabled
- anime database information pages
- anime search
- anime ranking
- seasonal anime
- Viewing, updating and editing your own anime list enabled.

Enabled editing of account information including:
- username
- email address
- password
- social media account connection
- Exporting your own anime and manga lists (This function is available only on PC).
This list will be updated as we complete our review of the site.
