Seitokai Yakuindomo
Being almost entirely comedy, the show gives of an extremely low quality feel. A bit tough to stomach a lot of episodes in a row. The only thing keeping me watching is the level-headed main character. It's refreshing to see a male not portrayed as perverted or dumb, and the females being shown as such is the icing on the cake. It reminds me of watching Kyon in Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu
