Add - More Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann Movie 2: Lagann-hen I still prefer the show, maybe fans could cut the movie animations into the show to make some definitive edit if they haven't already. They change the scene of Rossiu attempting to commit suicide to some random room on the ship and then Simon walks in and tells him not to do it. When in the original show Rossiu was going to do it in his home village and Simon unlocks some teleportation power with the Gurren Lagann to desperately get there to stop him by punching him, it's really emotional. It's so weird why they still wanted to include that plot point but just make it completely different and ruin any impact.
