I rewatched this and if I could travel back in time I would. I would then proceed to slap myself hard. This series is amazingly deep and wonderful. The characters are all fresh and feel truly alive. Story is also quite original and the ending left you wondering whether it was happy or sad. As for yuri, there are canon couples and there are subtext ones. It's hard to judge since some characters want to turn into males and one character chose to be male but still looked like a woman.
