The politics and the atmosphere are good enough, and the show reminds of Black Lagoon, but less over-the-top. But it does have a few annoying flaws - most notably the design of the main characters, a confusing begining with tons of flashback. Overhyped. Not really bad, but not that good either. Animation is rather cheap, the pacing fast and it feels like the show is trying too hard.
