Toaru Kagaku no Railgun S 		5 TV 24 Slightly better than the 1st season. Same rich setting, but this time with a good coherent plot for around 70% of its runtime. Finale is too bombastic. It is rather weird, how little impact all the story arcs have on the characters and society.
