Ryuu no Haisha 		8 TV Special 2 8.5 | The third quarter kind of drags IMO and prevents me from giving this a 9, but this is absolutely incredible at its best. It's no FLCL, but it's certainly a great effort from Kazuya Tsurumaki. Gorgeous OST, too!
