Puni Puni☆Poemii 		8 OVA 2 8.5 | OK, now this is what I was expecting from Excel Saga. Wonderfully hyper, insane, and "what the flying fuck"-inducing in all the right ways IMO. NGL if it wasn't for some of the ecchi present I'd probably consider this to be perfect TBPH.
