Toaru Kagaku no Railgun S 		8 TV 24 Strong lack of a likable cast other than the railgun herself. (Don't particularly like Saten or Uiharu). Fripside does an amazing job with songs and the animation / premise are both extremely good, though. Sisters arc was especially great. 7.9/10
