Shirobako 		4 TV 24 The show actually improved a lot. It started with the worst impression impossible, with literally the 1st ep being the worst I've ever seen but after time it became better. 1st 8 eps 2/10, next 8 eps 4/10, last 8 eps 6/10, overall 4/10.
