On October 16, 2015, the main members of the animation production team, Shimei, became shareholders in the company. On April 7, 2017 Shimei Films, B.CMAY PICTURES was established; the legal person is Zhu Ke, the shareholders are Liu Xing and Zhu Ke, Zhu Ke is the executive director and manager, and Liu Xing is the supervisor; On July 13, 2017, Chongqing Xingman Culture Technology Co., Ltd. and the main members of the animation production team of Shimei (except Liu Xing and Zhu Ke) invested in Shimei Pictures; on June 15, 2018, the main members of the animation production team of Shimei withdrew from Shimei Classic; on June 19, 2018, Liu Xing changed from supervisor to chairman, Zhu Ke changed from executive director to director, Zhang Yu, Xiong Ke, and Wang Juan (vice president of Tencent Video) were added as directors; Chen Rui was added as supervisor, and Linzhi Tencent Technology Co., Ltd. became a shareholder; and Shimei Tencent Technology Co., Ltd. became a stake in Shimei Tencent Technology Co., Ltd., and Linzhi Tencent Technology Co.
