Since there were no reviews, I will make this an informative one.
The special consisted of 5 skits into the 23 mins. The main part of which is just oppai jokes as you would expect from Mitsudomoe, as in, in every way possible, from the timing of jokes to repetition to silly misunderstanding. One could look at it as a literal additional episode that just didn't make its way into the main TV series.
