Synopsis

Deep Space, many different cultures have come together to live on planet Jet. To keep the peace an organization known as the Jetters is formed. This space police group fight against the villains known as the "Hige hige dan" making sure that the universe is safe. The leader of the Jetters Mighty is a powerful Bomberman, who is looked up to and respected....his brother however is a lazy crude slacker named Shirobon. Suddenly Mighty disappears and Shiro finds himself placed in a new situation. Shiro steps up and become a responsible Bomberman, and with the new friends he made of the Jetters it may become possible for him to be the next "Jetters leader."

Bomberman, if you liked the game then you will like the anime. You may think that it is a bit childish, that's what I thought as well until one of the main characters die. It is much darker than your normal kid animes. It is very touching about a Shirobon trying to grow up into a Bomberman.

Warning this may not suit those who like bishies in the anime and intricate drawing. It's just something you watch if you like cute little things throwing bombs around.

The animation is good quality, and the drawings are cute ^_^

This is one of the most Epic Video Game based animes I've ever seen,based on the popular japanes video game series from Hudson Soft,Bomberman Jetters is a 52 episode anime tv series

Unlike Most video game animes which adapt storylines directly from the games such as Sonic X,Kirby right back at ya! or Megaman NT Warrior,ect. Bomberman Jetters on the other hand featured a totally new original storyline not based on any Bomberman games where Shirobon is a member of a space police group called the Jetters and has an older brother named Mighty who disapeared on his last mission to fight the Hige Hige bandits.

Bomberman Jetters is one of the video game anime franchises in Japan. It aired from October 2002 - September 2003. Its story's about White Bomber, a 10-year-old Bomberman who has trained to become a strong Bomberman. Mighty, who is older than White Bomber, is on a mission, by defeating the Hige-Hige robots, and died from the explosion, and he is the gentleman. Max an enemy of everyone on the Jetters, lies to White Bomber and says that he killed Mighty. Dr. Ein the creator of the Jetters tells the Jetters to destroy the Hige-Hige Base.
