Weiß Survive

Both series revolve around a battle game that features chibi characters of the players. Random humour and similar character designs for the main characters. 

Both shows have MC's who are scolded or beaten up for their lustful thoughts and actions. However, they are both surprisingly reliable when they need to be. 

Cute girls, slapstick humor, and ecchi jokes. 

Both are centered around card games and cute girls, although Weiß Survive has more comedy. 

The male lead gets beaten up quite a bit, the female lead is a tsundere, and the art style in both shows is very colorful and moe. 

Both shows have entertaining jokes, a lot of ecchi, perverted male characters, and a tendency to playfully subvert tropes whenever possible. 

Both are about card games.
