Both shows are light-hearted and has entertaining characters, which is rare for hentai titles. They both have a pseudo-NTR/Rape scene, but they both end up with the girl comically dominating the guys and enjoying it. If you want something light and silly, these two are very similar.

Similar feel and animation style although both are of different studio.
Both anime feature innocently looking High School couples involving themselves in Hentai action. Each anime have multiple couples and multiple stories/arcs which are independent of each other.

Mitama: Nin addpermalink

Both anime include ninjas(male and female) involved it more or less erotic adventures(rather the latter one as both are hentai animations after all). Mizugi Kanojo  focuses more on humoristic aspect of the story while Mitama : Nin on variety of sex scenes and something what we can call a story(keeping in mind that usually these kidn of productions have not very sophisticated content). The last information worth of mentioning is that  Mitama : Nin includes more yuri scenes.
