Have you ever had that friend who actually changed the homework they borrowed from you?
Kudos to them for the valiant effort, but here’s the thing: if they have to copy, they're probably not that bright in the first place. Sadly, Kurakon’s author is that friend who will probably get you expelled from college for aiding academic plagiarism.

The assignment is due tomorrow morning and it is already 2 am. Kurakon picked up a dusty copy of “Nisekoi” from a second-hand bookstore this afternoon. No one will remember this old show, Kurakon’s author thinks to himself. But who cares if someone does remember? He has better ...

What a disgrace how this anime turned out. This show is running circles with no real progression happening and then it's finished off with an inconclusive ending, basically back to base 1.

In itself it was a promising anime that could've been much better easily, yet it keeps repeating the cycle of the main couple getting closer then further then closer than further etc. Whenever they are getting closer Akane snaps, gets embarassed/shy and pushes Saito away, this happens every other episode, each cycle being built around some bs trope. Worst of all is that each conflict could be solved in 2 minutes by the characters ...

Class no Daikirai na Joshi to Kekkon suru Koto ni Natta revolves around an arranged marriage between Akane and Saito, who can't stand each other. Saito is ranked number one, while Akane is stuck as number two. Although this concept has been explored in many other works, it has the potential to delve into complex emotions and showcase the development of the protagonists' relationship.

While the initial premise, though overused, could have served as an interesting exploration of how a relationship is built under such circumstances, it quickly devolves into a generic and predictable narrative. The dialogue between the characters lacks depth, and key situations are ...

A tsundere love story, a tale as old as anime piracy sites. For lots of people, tsundere isn't just an anime girl trope—it's THE anime girl trope. In case you've missed this kind of story for some reason, you're going to love this anime because the heroine is a very by-the-book, stereotypical tsundere. She even says, "It's not because I like you or anything," in the first episode.

Now, right off the bat, don't take this anime way too seriously. In fact, don't take this anime seriously at all. If logical or critical thinking ever pops into your head, slap it and tell it to fuck ...

Not much, as the title suggests I married the girl in my class that I hate the most, this is another shonen comedy romance which I didn't enjoy as a result. Which is to be expected when it's shonen. From the first ep. it was pure confinement. The old man (grandparents) said they'd get the grandkids together who purely by chance don't like each other to experience what they couldn't (but I'd honestly give his company to a dog rather than endure this cringe relationship).

The characters, you couldn't expect anything normal from them as they had typical shonen overreactions which in the end were not ...

Rom-coms in latest years have a syndrome of pairing up characters in a relationship while trying to hide their true nature. Such examples include Rent-a-Girlfriend and 365 Days to the Wedding has this as a central plot device. Why do rom-coms like to adapt story in such a way? The answer is simple because there are just countless opportunities for drama and storytelling. Class no Daikirai na Joshi to Kekkon suru Koto ni Natta (I'm Getting Married to a Girl I Hate in My Class) is just the latest example.

The premise brings together a bag of mixed drama containing misunderstandings, heated arguments, and endless amount ...

I think I was wrong to watch this on my TV. I should have seen it through my toilet bowl.

I want to start this with the positive point of the show: the character designs. They are generic but functional. At the end of the day, you'll end up liking one of the girls more just because the design matches your tastes. The problem is that everything is ruined as soon as they open their mouths because the dialogue is so poorly done that no matter who speaks, you only end up generating a certain amount of rejection.

Now for the part that matters to us: everything ...

Class no Daikirai na Joshi to Kekkon suru Koto ni Natta is a romance/comedy anime that explores one of the most classic clichés of the genre: an arranged marriage or forced relationship between opposites due to an external decision. The story follows Houjou Saitou, a student who, despite being considered a genius at school, later reveals that his intelligence mainly comes from an exceptional memory. Due to a selfish decision made by his grandfather, he ends up engaged to Sakuramori Akane, a classmate who is dedicated to her studies in ...

I'm Getting Married to a Girl in My Class

Alright, confession time: I have a soft spot for those "forced relationships that turn into something special" tropes. So, fair warning—this review might be a bit biased. But let’s dive into it anyway! Also Why I love me som K Dramas

Plot and Characters:
The setup is classic rom-com: an uptight, organized girl and a laid-back, easygoing boy who can’t stand each other are suddenly forced into marriage by their grandparents. It’s a tale as old as time—or at least as old as anime clichés. The series explores how this unlikely duo navigates their new reality, dealing with ...

Here's my review of Class no Daikirai na Joshi to Kekkon suru Koto ni Natta.

As far as the "story" goes, the anime starts off as your typical forced/arranged relationship story. It then starts to border the line between romance and ecchi/smut content. The anime is also obsessed with forcing your typical anime tropes such as tsunderes, annoying sisters, brother and sister complexes and disgusting fanservice. It annoys me that we're still in an era where anime that are set in school settings have an absurd amount of fanservice and "adult" content.

I'm not kidding when I say this: There was an episode where the main ...

Never have I ever seen a more awfully paced and bland, baseless and void plotline.
Things I noticed:
1. The characters have no personality and zero development/growth and simply repeat the same boring tsundere bs over and over but then suddenly without any logic or motivation, push their relationship to the next stage that defies all sense. The reasons for falling in love shown are moronic even by fictional standards.
2. The random voice change comedy gag is more irritating than humourous and the siscon or tsundere stereotypes used are unbearable to watch after first 3 episodes. Another bs that they use is the random, extremely nonsensical ...

Honestly, I started off kinda enjoying it — the idea of two people being forced into marriage while still hating each other had potential. The tension, the banter, the awkward romance — it was fun at first.
But after that pink-haired girl showed up, it just started falling off hard. The whole vibe shifted, and not in a good way. She felt so out of place and completely ruined the dynamic between the main characters.
And don’t even get me started on the ending... it felt so rushed and underwhelming. Like, all that buildup for this? Bruh.
Overall, the anime had potential but dropped the ball halfway through. ...

This anime has a very promising concept and the first seven episodes really delivered on that; after that, it devolved into nothing more than the worst romcom tropes thrown together into an uninteresting mess that left me infuriated after each episode up until the last one. I actually loved the first episodes and really enjoyed the 7th one. It gave me a genuine feeling of progress, I was left satisfied and I want to genuinely recommend these episodes, which were really fun. Sadly, I hated everything after that.

I hoped for a satisfying conclusion after the last episodes for which I would readily stand these infuriating ...

I feel thin, sort of stretched, like butter scraped over too much bread.

Finally, it ended. FFS. This last episode drained me. If someone tells you this is a good show, they are trolling you. Or worse, they are dumb. Knowing how this series is supposed to be and how it actually is, those are two different things. I don't know the sauce, I don't care about the sauce, I'll be talking about this media, the anime. And on paper, this one should've been nice, if not great. But that's not what we got. Why? Well, because this is not a rom-com anime, with character development ...

I followed this anime prior to release, it caught my interest due to the title and I decided I'd check it out. There's a lot of great enemies-to-lovers stuff out there, and I was interested to see how this would handle it's own, fun spin on the classic trope - said spin being two people who absolutely DESPISE each other are forced into an arranged marriage by their grandparents, and now have to live with each other in the same house.

However, does it actually handle this trope well? Unfortunately.. not really.

Keep in mind, this is being written as the show is still releasing but there's ...

Class no Daikirai na Joshi to Kekkon Suru Koto ni Natta, or “the romcom anime that is 15 years late”... Characters, dialogues, tropes, animation style and character designs, absolutely everything in this anime is dated. So dated I’m starting to think I may actually have been run over by a truck and reincarnated in the year 2010. Jokes aside, let’s review this anime.

-- Boring premise
There’s a lot of anime out there that have an interesting base idea for a plot, but fail miserably in its execution. But as you can see from the synopsis, the plot of this anime doesn’t even sound good on ...

I'm Getting Married To A Girl I Hate In My Class...the title speaks for itself, another arranged marriage between two people who hate each other. Many people probably came into this expecting a lesser Nisekoi and that's...debatable. They definitely have similar beats to them, including the love triangle elements which will most definitely happen in this show, and not only that, but the main girl even has a similar tsundere personality.

plot:
Grandma and Grandpa blackmail their grandchildren into getting married to one another, and even force them to live in the same house together, and share the same bed. Along with the main duo, there is ...

There are no spoilers in this comment—just my personal opinion on the show (in general).

Honestly, I’ll be biased because I love this type of series, so if you're looking for a neutral opinion, feel free to ignore my review.

I really liked the pacing. Over 12 episodes, I never felt like the romantic moments or side events dragged on longer than necessary. Even though I watched it weekly, I still enjoyed it, and the flow of events was smooth. If you plan to binge-watch it in one go, I guarantee you’ll enjoy it even more than I did watching it weekly. ...

Aim for the stars, shoot your foot.

A good cook can create a unique dish with few simple ingredients, this show does the opposite, using many extravagant tropes to create a boring already seen story.
The premise is fun, but the show slowly forgets about it as it becomes a generic rom com. Characters are pure distilled clichés: laid-back genius, tsundere, obsessed imouto, popular girl; they all interact exactly how you'd expect.

Lastly, the art and animation are pathetic, low level even for a romance anime, it's always still frames and they mess up perspectives more often than not, which hurts my brain.

I expect the score to drop ...

I feel like the best way to describe this would be just meh. It's not exactly a masterpiece, but it isn't too shabby either. I do have the feeling that this is a very low-budget show as there are a lot of chibi animations. This anime scenario legit makes no sense, and the heroine is a massive tsundere. Other than that, I feel like this title should be changed to Daisuki instead because I don't see hatred at all (legit just tsundere). I genuinely feel like they are willing to marry even without interference. Their conflict lasted only one episode.

To me, this does feel pretty ...
