It’s crazy to think that I wanted to pass on the Bocchan anime because of it being 3D animation and here I am, 3 seasons later with it as one of my favourite romance stories of all time. A brilliantly crafted story about the resilience of love, enduring bonds and power of forgiveness. Featuring some of the best characters you’ll see and beautiful animation, season 3 is a fitting conclusion to a story that’s been masterfully built up over the last few years. It’s a must watch for any romance fan.
Traditionally I’ve steered clear of 3D anime and CGI stuff in general because it usually

This was by far one of the best animes I've watched in a very long time. It has been so long since I've felt this invested into a show. From the characters, to the lore, to trying to unveil the mysteries and figure them out before watching the next episode. I loved watching this anime. I started watching the Duke of Death when there was only 3 episodes remaining of season 3. In around 2 days I had caught up to the latest episode from season 1 episode 1 to the final 3 of season 3. There wasn't a single episode in this anime that

I don't like this show, I don't love this show, I absolutely ADORE this show.
This show is like a sweet person in your life that you want to see succeed. I love its wonky unique CGI, I love how all the characters act whimsical and don't take themselves too seriously, and I love how the themes in the show are very noble and hopeful. I love the dynamic of the main duo cast. How Alice flirts up close with the Duke even though he can kill her if he touches her is an element to the show that is both suspenseful and sweet at the ... I have been watching this one for a couple of years. The story was really good. The anime is definitely worth watching and I enjoyed it a lot. I’m okay with the CGI art. I’m a boobs fan, so I definitely appreciate the art style. Every character is unique and well-made! It’s actually amazing, with lots of fun moments. I’m not a romance fan, but I will say this: I liked everything about this anime from season 1. All the events and reactions are perfect. You’ll definitely enjoy this one because the ending was perfection! I’ve watched over 200 anime, and this one is one

Far superior to the first two, this season can be summarized just like that.
Let's start with the wood and leave the gold for the end. Starting with the worst part of this season, which were the musicals... they were just there to spoil the mood of the scenes. They were so forgettable that I can't even remember how many there were, but I remember one with particular disdain—the one on the rooftop—ruining the perfect atmosphere that had been created. Another problem is the lack of excitement in the battles; all of them are very slow and try to force themselves to be comedic, failing both as comedy ... Sep 4, 2024
The season follows the characters planning and confronting Sade to save themselves and remove the curses will they succeed in breaking the curses and bringing Sade to the future with them or will they fail or break the curse but the duke decides to keep it..? Find out in the final season of the Duke of death and his maid
In my personal opinion This season hands down is better than the first two seasons combined the season acts as the final season of the series and I really did enjoy it. The story wraps up very nicely and doesn’t leave much more to desire for ... Jan 20, 2025
The Duke of Death and His Maid Season 3 was everything I hoped it would be and more. Honestly, as I sit down to write this, I’m still feeling all the emotions from that final episode. Saying goodbye to Bocchan and Alice is tough because their journey has been such a heartwarming, emotional rollercoaster.
This season tied up all the loose ends beautifully. The main focus was on Bocchan’s mission to confront Sade, the witch responsible for his curse. What I loved most about this was how Bocchan insisted on a peaceful resolution. While his friends were all about capturing Sade by force, Bocchan’s determination to ... Dec 8, 2024
What a fantastic way to end the culmination of all these seasons!
The final season of, the Duke of Death and His Maid, centered around finally trying to break the witch’s curse, which we were introduced to in season one. And thankfully, the way the conflict was resolved, was handled very well! I couldn’t be happier with how this ended, and especially couldn’t be happier for Victor and Alice! Further, the revelations that come to fruition in this season were done really well… Often times endings are rushed, or plot-twists and/or plot revelations don’t make sense for the things that lead up to those points, ... |
