Both are one of the first anime ever created that still exist today, and if you liked one of them you will certainly like another. Kobu-tori is a folktale, while Komori has special "old cartoon" appeal while telling fable like story with animals. Both are good for "expanding the horizons", bragging that you watched an anime made before they were "mainstream" and for casual enjoyment.

Movies from late-20s and early-30s, I guess you should watch more than one of them to get the feeling of this era in animation. And being 10-15 minutes long they let you binge on them pretty easily. Ugokie Kori no Tatehiki and Kaumori are fairytale-like stories featuring samurai and talking animals. They have western feel to them (guess because they look somewhat like early american animation), and yet they are very Japanese, having traditional Japanese music playing as the movies tell us their strange stories.
