I am disappointed that MAPPA has released such a terrible baseball anime. I understand they tried to make a comedy anime, but if you take all the seriousness out of the sport and then add a completely childish main character who doesn't even want to play, it becomes a joke. I don't even understand what this anime is about; there is literally no character development, no joke that is actually funny for people with more than three brain cells, and it's just cringe, very cringe and boring. By episode 9, I thought maybe the anime would take a turn and Kei would regain his memory, ...

Actually the most dreadful piece of garbage I've seen this season???

If the overused Amnesia trope wasn't already a big red warning tape to run and never look back, the anime has the ridiculous notion that making one of the main characters proclaim "nipple hair!" every freaking episode is how humour works. It's frankly not funny at all, it's cringe at best and sheer disturbing at worst. The focus on that and literal public 'porno' trading scenarios are just... I came here to watch Baseball, not whatever this is? (Also, the fact these grown-ass teenagers are calling each other 'doo-doo heads' like what?)
