Tensei Kizoku, Kantei Skill de Nariagaru

After passing away, a Japanese office worker finds himself reincarnated in another world as Ars, the newborn son of the noble Louvent family. The Summerforth Empire, where the Louvents rule over a small territory of a few thousand people, is a medieval-like land plagued by social inequality and political instability. As Ars grows older and learns more and more about his new environment, he becomes convinced that war will soon erupt.

Fortunately, though Ars was not blessed with unrivaled strength or extraordinary magical aptitude, he does possess Appraisal: a seemingly unique skill that allows him to instantly grasp someone's current abilities and latent talents merely by looking at them. In an effort to prepare his domain for the imminent strife, Ars resolves to enlist the most exceptional people he can find, paying no attention to superficial qualities like race or social status.

I have to say, this show is a breath of fresh air in the isekai fantasy genre. There are alot of things I enjoy about this that it does that go beyond what most similar shows do. It also does some things that other kingdom building/management isekai don't do.

There are many things things i enjoyed about this anime, way to many to list in fact. Allow me to highlight a few things I enjoyed about the show:
1. The MC isn't op. The MC relies on his subordinates in order to help him accomplish his goals. They are much stronger then he is.
2. ... The show is progressive since it portrays a black supporting character in a positive way. Feels nice to see inclusion in an anime.
3. Strong female cast. Another thing I love about this anime is the female characters are actually written well and aren't just there for fanservice or to glaze the MC. Each of the main trio of girls has a unique talent that makes them standout and actually contribute to the plot.
4. Despite using many tropes that are used in kingdom builder and isekai fantasy anime, they feel well executed.

There are many more I can think of but these are the ones that stood out to me. If you are looking for a kingdom builder isekai fantasy then this one is definitely worth a watch.

Mixed Feelings

Tensei Kizoku, Kantei Skill de Nariagaru had no right to be an Isekai anime, his reincarnation served no purpose to the plot and I think actually detracted from the story itself, if this was actually about a 12 year old in a fantasy world having to step up after the untimely demise of his father and using the skills he has to prevail I think it would've been quite a good show, but every time you remember Ars is actually forty-seven mentality and not twelve, well it will really make you think what the eff am I watching. There are literal children in world and ... amongst his retainers that act with more maturity and common sense than your forty seven year old MC.

Well....after the site was turned off where i bookmarked all my anime staff before mal...i forgot either i watched it or dropped it...after watching 2 episode again with 2x speed i remember that i dropped it...
Now i tell u the reason why i dropped it.may be it will help if u r nt like that kind of stuff...
The isekai tag was unnecessary for this story...why? Because he was a middle age office worker before his death so i assume his age was 35 something... So if a 35 guy started his life again how do u think he will act? Childish or mature?? ... Well for this anime its childish.. no maturity u will see in his act...35+11y his maturity should have reach this lvl but his action proves he is a 8/9 year old child...this guy even blush for a little girl🥱🥱
I dont know who is the writer and what kind of guy he is to write this kind of thing...in a political genre anime maturity is a must thing but here it was absent.. May be he will build it with age and time...but that will contradict with isekai genre...
so writer should have gone without bringing the isekai thing...[since i know his mentality reached 40+y so i cant take his childish nature,thats my rrason of dropping]
